The Marina is one of the best in the Caribbean, and Villa Rumrunner can accommodate boats up to 36 foot with an 8 foot draft at low tide.

The villa has been completely renovated. Villa Rumrunner offers 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite. It is suitable for up to a maximum of six people. A cot (crib) is provided. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, with patio doors opening on to a balcony overlooking the water. There is a ceiling fan and AC. The second bedroom, also with AC and ceiling fan, has twin beds and pretty views of the Sleeping Indian, a lucky local landmark hill. The third bunk bedroom, best suited for children and also air conditioned, has a bathroom with sink and toilet. The villa was completely renovated December 2006.

There are 3 showers. All bed linens and towels, including beach towels are provided. In fact everything you need for a luxury pampered vacation is at hand.

The kitchen is equipped with everything that you could possibly need, and opens onto a bright spacious airy living/dinning room with ceiling fan and AC. This in turn leads out to the beautiful waterfront terracotta patio and boat dock. Patio table chairs and loungers make this a perfect place to sunbathe, dine, sip cocktails or just watch the fish jump in the ocean. You can also have a refreshing shower on the patio.

Rumrunner is equipped with cable TV, VCR, and CD player and a growing selection of holiday reading. There is also a BBQ.

Maid service is provided and if you wish a welcome grocery pack can be waiting for you on your arrival.

Jolly Harbour has several stunning beaches to choose from, one of which is about 8 minutes walk from the villa, and the other a few minutes drive by car, golf buggy or free shuttle bus. The waters are warm and safe for children, with gently sloping beach access. There are many water sports available along the beach. Jolly Harbour also offers a 25 metre swimming pool, 4 tennis courts, squash court and an 18 hole champion golf course designed by Litton, one of Florida's leading golf course architects.

If after a hard day on the beach you don't feel like cooking there are a selection of 6 restaurants and bars to choose from.

The commercial center has everything you will need. There is a very well stocked new supermarket, pharmacy, hairdressers, various boutiques, off licence (liquor outlet), a bank, internet café, car, bike or golf buggy rental, taxi hire and laundry service. Jolly Harbour is safe with 24 hour security. The center is surrounded by the world class marina and facilities one would expect with such. Year round moorage and boat storage is available.

There is also a very frequent inexpensive bus service from Jolly Harbour to St Johns, 20 minute away, Your days can be as busy or relaxing as you choose while staying at Villa Rumrunner.
